Secrets.RealEstate scores any French address from public data. The map you see is the product: drop a pin on a property or an area and you get an analysis of prices, energy status, environmental risk and neighborhood quality — 36 insights per address, each labelled with its official source.
The analyses draw on 18.6 million notarial sold prices (DVF) covering every French commune, the national building database (BDNB), neighborhood statistics from INSEE, official crime figures from SSMSI, environmental hazards from GeoRisques and amenities from OpenStreetMap. Nothing is invented: every figure names its dataset and its refresh date, so you can check it yourself.
