We grade 18 metrics across five pillars.

Safety & Security: crime and safety analysis.
Investment Value: location assessment, resale liquidity, market trend.
Living Comfort: noise levels, air quality, water quality, temperature and climate comfort, sun exposure.
Risk Exposure: natural hazards (flooding, earthquake, ground movement), environmental risks (soil contamination, radon), technological and other site-specific risks.
