French Property Prices by Commune

Every price on this page is a median sold price per square metre, computed by Secrets.RealEstate from DVF (Demandes de valeurs foncières) — the French government's official register of notarial sales. Unlike portal estimates, these numbers come from completed transactions: the price a buyer actually paid, recorded by a notary. Where current listing data is available, asking prices are shown separately, so the negotiation gap between advertised and achieved prices is visible.

Each commune card shows the latest full-year median for apartments and for houses. Open a commune for the full picture: the price trend since 2020, recent recorded sales, the asking-vs-sold comparison, official safety statistics and the energy profile of the local housing stock.

A commune is published only when it records enough sales for an honest median — thin markets produce misleading averages, so we leave them out rather than guess. Coverage grows in stages and today spans France's most active property markets; statistics are recomputed with every DVF release.
